What does a One Life Wedding Ceremony include?
Your One Life Wedding can follow a traditional structure so all the elements you'd expect are there: readings, wedding vows, exchange of rings, and of course an 'I do!' then around that we write and put together a ceremony which is completely personal to you and you can include the words, vows and readings that you want including your personal wedding vows.

The ‘Giving in Marriage’ Traditionally this is the bride’s father and you might like to ask both sets of parents for their blessing or even all of your guests!
Readings There are hundreds of poems and readings about love and marriage out there; you might like to choose words that are important to you or a poem that you both like. You might also like to ask someone to read something they have chosen or written and we will be happy to read out anything you have written yourselves. We also have a wdie collection of the most popular readings for a wedding that you might want to choose from.
Your Relationship Stories from your relationship such as dating, holidays, travelling, living together, family etc. The story of how you met or how you became engaged.
The Future Words about what marriage means to you both and your hopes, dreams and plans for your future together.
Wedding Vows You can use traditional wedding vows or write your own, we also offer a wedding vow writing service if you can’t get what you want to express into words. This is also included within our Wedding Package 1.
Music You can choose any music that you like from a piece of classical music to a favourite songs or even a live musician or singer which we can help you to find. You might even want to include a song in place of a traditional hymn! We also have a portable amplifier if you would like to plug an Ipod or MP3 player into it for music (During ceremony only - £30 hire charge)

North of England - Leeds, Huddersfield, Harrogate, York, Halifax, Sheffield, Bradford, Wakefield, Manchester, and all surrounding areas within Yorkshire, Lancashire, Derbyshire, County Durham and Cumbria. South of England – London, Basingstoke, Reading, Southampton, Oxford, Guildford and Winchester. Travel beyond these areas is a possibility and is subject to overnight accommodation and travel expenses.
